Depends on wrist size, but I like the 36mm overall. Better dials, not so much in your face, and cheaper. Unlike the 36, I believe the 40 has ceramic pins too, so the brackets won’t stretch over time. Not 100% sure though. The new model 36mm DD is identical to the 40mm version just smaller. I am deciding between two Day-Date variants and would appreciate some input. I have narrowed down to two WG Day-Dates (YG / RG gold appears too loud for my preference), both new models with ceramic inserts and new movement. I’m currently on the waitlist for a Day-Date 40 and wanted people’s thoughts on the size on my wrist (ignore the colours of the watch in the image). Wrists are approx 7.25”.
